My thoughts
What I like best about coaching is being able to reflect on the past experiences and explore my feelings and put them into perspective. Realizing why I do things and why certain things effect me the way they do. Realizing my value in life, helping me feel more complete and satisfied with my life and who I've become. I am now understanding my moods, my emotions and my thoughts. This all has helped with my relationships with other people. I am now able to build trust and confidence. I don't know what I would do or where I would be without my coaching sessions. This really has changed my life. Can't wait for my next session!
